Paying with local funds account:
Printing and duplicating:

  • Use an updated template for county letterhead, envelopes, and notecards. The template is designed to use with your desktop printer.
  • Local vendors if you use the templates provided and need the order on regular white paper in quantity AND use local funds to pay local vendors.

NOTE: Special orders for the UK Stationery and/or business cards (on the white bond, watermarked paper): No matter how you pay for it, you MUST order through one of the three UK approved stationery vendors.

The design for the letterhead, business cards is one of the three choices on the UKPR Graphics Standards, NOT the design of the template for county office correspondence.
